Casablanca anti-piracy ad stops piracy, among people who don't know what piracy is


I'm not sure how this ad is supposed to curb film piracy and who it's directed towards: elderly people who really love film and don't want kids today with their technological doodads doing this "piracy thing," or classic film fans and students who are pretty much the only people who actually shell out money to buy the overpriced DVDs they worry we're all pirating.



Somehow I think Sophie's Choice would been a more effective parody:



"PIRACY. It's the ultimate choice. Is it worth it? (Gunshot sounds)"

Yes, yes it is. (Cuddles my local bootleg bum on the metro)
